Cancellation and Refund Policy

      
                                                                         
                                                  Cancellations before July 25, 2022 will receive full refund    
                minus a 25% of a conference fee as an administrative charge.    
                                        Cancellations later than July 15, 2022 will not receive any    
                                    refund. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing    
                            to the secretariatby e-mail. Only cancellations made in writing    
                            are acceptable. If you have any questions regarding to the
