          Cancellations before May 31, 2023 will receive full refund minus a 25% of a conference fee as an administrative charge.      
          Cancellations later than May 31, 2023 will not receive any refund. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing to the secretariatby e-mail.      
             Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable.
